At Nourishing Beauty, every appointment is intentionally scheduled and reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a peaceful, professional experience for all guests, the following policies are in place. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Punctuality

We value your time and ours. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so we may provide the full Nourishing Beauty experience.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

  • A $25 rescheduling fee will apply

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments require thoughtful preparation and are held exclusively for you.

  • A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service

  • Fees will be charged to the card on file or invoiced electronically

All rescheduling must be completed through the online booking site to secure the next available appointment.

No-Show Appointments

Missed appointments without notice are considered a no-show.

  • 100% of the scheduled service will be charged

  • To rebook after a no-show, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required

  • After two no-show appointments, future booking privileges may be revoked

Online Booking Deposits

All clients booking appointments online are required to submit a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are applied toward your service total

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received

Saturday Appointments

Saturday appointments are limited and in high demand.

  • A mandatory, non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking

  • Deposits are applied toward your service total

  • Saturday deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows

Your satisfaction matters deeply. If you are not fully satisfied, please address concerns during your visit or contact us within 24 hours so we may make it right.
