Policies

Every appointment at Nourishing Beauty is intentionally reserved for one guest to provide personalized preventative hair care in a calm, professional environment. These policies help protect your appointment time while allowing me to provide every guest with the highest level of care and attention.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.


Online Booking & Deposits

Appointments booked online require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Your deposit is applied toward your service total and reserves your appointment exclusively for you. Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Arrival & Appointment Timing

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

To provide every guest with a private, uninterrupted experience, there is no need to arrive more than a few minutes before your appointment. Guests arriving well in advance may be asked to wait until their scheduled appointment time before entering the suite.

A 15-minute grace period is provided for unexpected delays. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require your service to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled. Add-on services may not be available if time no longer allows.

Guests

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and provide each guest with my full attention, additional guests are not permitted unless they are also scheduled to receive services.

Photography

To document progress and celebrate healthy hair transformations, photographs may be taken before, during, or after your appointment.

Images may be used for educational purposes, consultations, treatment planning, or shared on Nourishing Beauty's website and social media platforms. Every effort is made to focus on your hair and scalp rather than your identity whenever possible.

If you prefer that your photographs not be used for marketing or educational purposes, please let me know before your service begins. Your decision will always be respected and will not affect the care you receive.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your experience is important to me.

If you have any concerns regarding your service, please let me know before leaving the salon whenever possible. If an adjustment is needed, contact me within 24 hours so we can discuss the best solution together.

Appointment Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

To keep scheduling simple and accurate, all appointment changes must be completed through the online booking system.

Salon Environment

Nourishing Beauty is designed to be a peaceful, restorative experience for every guest.

To help maintain that environment, please:

• Keep phone conversations brief and quiet.

• Avoid using speakerphone.

• Refrain from phone calls while at the shampoo bowl or during relaxation services.

• Treat fellow guests and salon professionals with kindness and respect.

Office hours:

Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding vacations or scheduled closures)

If I am assisting a guest, I may be unable to answer your call. All voicemail messages will be returned during the next business day.

For the quickest response, text messaging is preferred whenever possible.
